IDC Staff instructor COURSE
Becoming a PADI IDC Staff Instructor is an important step in your professional development. It allows you to take a more active role in instructor training, mentor future dive professionals and contribute to the development of the next generation of PADI Instructors.
At Dive Culture Bali, we take this training beyond the standard preparation course.
Rather than completing a short Staff Instructor program and moving on, you'll follow the entire Instructor Development Course alongside me as your Course Director.
You'll experience the complete IDC process, observe how candidates are developed and evaluated, and gain first-hand insight into what it takes to deliver professional-level instructor training.
This is an opportunity to learn not just the PADI system, but how to become a better educator, evaluator and mentor.
